The International Office is the central reference point for international activities at the University of Würzburg. We have a long tradition of welcoming international students and scientists from all over the world and we offer support and advice on a range of issues such as:

• providing information on study opportunities abroad and organizing these studies abroad;
• maintaining the University of Würzburg's international academic relations and contacts;
• advising and supporting international students and scholars;
• admission of international students;
• helping other departments and institutions of the university to coordinate their international activities;
• study opportunities at the University of Würzburg;
• scholarships for German students for study abroad programs and scholarships for international students studying in Würzburg;
• cooperation with the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD)
• coordination of the EuRopean Action Scheme for the Mobility of University Students (ERASMUS)
